Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, has been declared winner of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) presidential primary election.
Mr Abubakar polled 1,846,370 votes out of 2,527,977 votes cast to defeat his challenger, former Rivers State governor Rotimi Amaechi, who polled 504,117.
Mohammed Hayatudeen, who also contested in the primary election, polled 177,120.
Mr Amaechi and Mr Hayatudeen had earlier condemned the presidential primary, alleging electoral malpractice.
