The Abia state governor, Victor Ikpeazu has declared his stance on the sit-at-home order by the outlawed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) scheduled to take place on Monday, May 31, in the southeast region.
Â
According to him, he wouldn't stop them to excercise their fundamental human right if only it is within the ambit of the law.
Â
The governor made this known during Channels TV's Politics Today on Sunday.
Â
His words;
Â
"We will not stop IPOB's sit-at-home order because they're ventilating their fundamental human right. So, I think everyone knows what best to do and we (Abia State Government) will not react on the issue."
