Being an avid leader they say having to see to the finish line of every project. However, we had an entertaining meet and greet session with Nigerian rapper and song artist; John Akim Orubor, popularly called; Richthug Omobaale.

 

The young song artist and music lord, who hails from Benin city in Edo State has released both audio and visual singles, which gained prominence on all media platforms.

 

But also, John Akim, is the Chief executive officer of a burgeoning music label; Thugluvin records. He goes on to say that music is life, and that writing and producing chart-topping songs and beats demonstrates his talent and the credibility of his fast-rising label.

 

For this reason, he aspires to make his brand, one of the most powerful brands in the music industry, as well as ensuring that his record label becomes a forum that contributes significantly to the development of the Nigerian music industry.

 

Particularly, his work of consistency and perseverance can be found in upcoming song artist; Damyque who as an amateur artist, lived in Ikotun before being introduced to John Akim. After much encouragement from John’s mother, Damyque was endorsed into the Thugluvin records. Hence, John’s mother saw potentials in Damyque.

Ever since Damyque was signed into the label, it has been a collective effort as both John Akim and Damyque have seen to the production of hit songs.
